PRIVACY NOTICE
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. Who operates this site
BRIX sites are operated by Beyonder LLC, located at 2S Biscayne Blvd, Suite 3200 #5138, Miami, FL, 33131, United States. BRIX Storyselling is a registered trade name (DBA) operated by Beyonder LLC.
By using this site you accept what this notice says. If you do not agree, do not use it. This site is intended for people eighteen years or older.
For any privacy matter, write to us at sam@brixselling.com.
2. What information we collect
- What you give us: When you fill out the form to request your site review we ask for your name and phone, which are optional, and your email and website address, which are required. We do not ask for payment information, we do not create a user account, and we do not ask for sensitive information.
- What is collected automatically: When you visit the site we record how you used it: which pages you saw, which sections you read, how far you scrolled, and which buttons you clicked. Also technical data about your browser and your approximate country.
- What we do not do: We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect information from people under thirteen. If we learn we received data from someone under thirteen, we delete it.
3. How we measure site usage
If you arrived on your own, your browsing is measured anonymously and we do not know who you are.
If you arrived from an email we sent you, that link carries an identifier that lets us associate your browsing with your contact record. In that case we can know it was you who viewed a page. We use it to understand which parts of the site are clear and which are not, and to avoid sending you information you already saw.
You can ask us to stop associating it by writing to us, and you can block tracking from your browser settings.
4. What we use your information for
- To deliver what you asked for and to contact you about it.
- To send you related content if you signed up.
- To improve the site and the service.
- To comply with the law when a competent authority requires it.
We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not trade or rent it.
5. Who we share it with
- Providers: With the providers who work for us and are needed to deliver the service, such as the services we use to send email, host the site, and measure its use. Each one receives only what it needs for its task and cannot use it for anything else.
- Authorities: When the law requires it.
- Third parties: With a third party that might acquire the business, in which case this notice would continue to bind them.
No one else.
6. Where it is stored and for how long
Your information is stored on servers located in the United States. If you write to us from another country, your data is transferred and processed there.
We keep it as long as it makes sense for what you asked for, and we delete it when you ask us to, except for what the law requires us to keep.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable measures to protect it. What we cannot guarantee is that any transmission over the internet is completely secure, because none is.
8. Your rights
No matter where you live, you can ask us what information we have about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, for a copy of what you gave us, and to stop sending you email. Write to us and we will respond within the timeframes required by the law that applies to you.
If you live in California or another state with its own privacy law, you also have the right to know whether we sell or share your information for targeted advertising. We do not. And you have the right not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.
9. Links to other sites
This site links to other places. Linking to someone does not mean we are responsible for what they do with your information. Read their own notice.
10. Changes to this notice
If we change it, we update the date above. If the change is significant, we will let you know by email if we have yours.
